SOLID COVERAGE TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT
ACF Surfaces Inc. warrants ACF Affinity Solid Surface composite material to the original purchaser as being free from defects in material for a period of 10 years from the date of manufacture when installed in a residential or commercial application.
This is a limited warranty and applies only to the Affinity composite materials that have been fabricated and installed by a certified solid surface fabricator and maintained according to the ACF Surfaces Inc. Solid Surface Care Guide.
The warranty does not apply to any material that has been subject to accident, alteration, misuse, abrasion, corrosion, fire or abnormal chemical conditions. Our obligation shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the material at our option without charge.
ACF Surfaces Inc. may issue credit in the amount of the invoice value of the defective product (or a percentage of it according to use) in lieu of repair or replacement.
ACF Surfaces Inc. is not responsible for costs associated with removal or installation performed by a third party. This warranty does not apply to ACF Solid Surface sinks where garbage disposal or hot water dispensers are installed.
No implied or express warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is granted by this warranty except as expressly stated herein.
Liability
Except as provided herein, ACF Surfaces Inc. shall not be liable in either tort or contract for any loss or direct, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use Affinity Solid Surface material hereunder.
