Yes, we will provide you with an estimate for you to sign and what the deposit amount is required.
Items will need to talk about (pictures or paint chips help), Colour of flooring and cabinets, drawing of layout, wall tiling, access to room (i.e. bathroom, kitchen, etc. what floor? Easy access?
Your Kitchen or Bathroom designer will provide the changes.

After The Contract Is Signed
Yes, our suppliers, depending on product chosen, warranty their material and we offer a 10-year warranty on the fabrication.
Once the order is signed, a date to template on your site is set, we order materials after template process, produce fabrication of items and install 7 to 10 days from the template process.
First you will have our template person on site and then 7 to 10 days later you will have our install team (# of people depends on size and weight of pieces as well as access points).
Hire Plumber and possibly gas fitter to disconnect and reconnect after install as our team only deal with installation of tops and sinks.
