At ACF Surfaces Inc. we offer a 10-year warranty on installation of our Granite, Quartz, and Solid Surface natural stone and engineered countertops, that under the following terms and conditions, ACF Surfaces Inc. at its discretion, will replace without charge, your engineered countertop, provided that ACF surfaces Inc. determines that the product has failed due to defects in fabrication or installation. The warranty is not transferable and is only applicable to the original owner or purchaser of the product. The warranty does not cover damage caused by physical abuse (chips, breaks and or scratches, etc.). any chemical abuse (owner should only use mild soap and water to clean surfaces) stains, watermarks (i.e. rings from hard water, etc.) etching, acts of nature and normal wear and tear. If during or after installation, you decide that you do not approve of the material you selected or the natural colour variation and veining of your natural stone or engineered product, the installation or replacement is not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover the natural characteristics of stone, which include, but are limited to colour variations, fissures or surface pits and natural blemishes. This warranty covers seam performance, but not the appearance of the seam. Seam and Stone failure due to setting or structural issues unrelated to the countertop installation are not covered. ACF Surfaces Inc. will repair any area of the installation that is determined by ACF Surfaces Inc. to be defective. ACF Surfaces Inc. will pay for the cost of product and labour involved in removal and replacement of the original countertop.
